They are seeking for a motivated team member to handle phone calls with clients and potential candidates, delivering exceptional communication and support. This role also includes daily back-office tasks, helping maintain smooth business operations and contributing to the company’s overall growth.
Among others responsabilities, this team member should:
- Handle daily phone calls with clients and potential candidates in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating communication between departments
- Support recruitment and sales processes through follow-up calls and documentation
- Perform general back-office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow
- Contribute to team efficiency by proactively identifying and solving minor issues
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) 馃挜Mandatory Requirement 馃挜
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, dedicated, and committed to full-time work
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with Canva (Nice to have)
